All Blacks call up de Malmanche

New Zealand have drafted Waikato hooker Aled de Malmanche into their squad ahead of Saturday's Test meeting with England.
De Malmanche was on holiday in Bali when he was contacted over his availability to replace the injured Corey Flynn in the squad.
Flynn picked up a hamstring strain during training on Monday and is not expected to be fit for the Twickenham clash.
"We will wait and see how Corey goes this week before making a final decision," said coach Graham Henry.
"We are hopeful that Corey will recover but, as we have time on our side, we have called in Aled."
The All Blacks are set to recall Richie McCaw, Ma'a Nonu, Conrad Smith and Andrew Hore to their starting line-up, while fly-half Dan Carter will return after serving a one-match ban.
